Do you provide express shipping options?
Yes, we provide express shipping through USPS and UPS. You can view the rates at checkout.

Can you make custom-made collars, harnesses, leashes or clothing?
Yes, we can adjust the sizing, the webbing and the choice of the ribbon for any item.

We can also embroider a company name, message, slogan or phone number onto any
collar or print it on the dog clothing. For custom orders, there is a minimum of 500
pieces for each items and the shipping time is between 1-8 weeks. Please email us
regarding quotes and any questions regarding customized products.

Are your products really made in the USA?
98% of our products are lovingly made in Seattle, WA, USA. 2% are imports, made by cottage
industries overseas.

Is Sassy Dog Wear sold in retail stores or online?
For the past 9 years, Sassy Dog Wear has been sold exclusively online. Starting in April, 2017 –
we will launch retail distribution and will be sold in stores across the United States.
